As site Manager & Operations you will be responsible for the following:
- Manage a team of Quality and operational professionals
- First point of contact for the MHRA for licenses, supply chain and operational aspects
- Provide leadership for customer service activities, process improvements
- Oversee the change control, CAPAs and SOP review cycles together with the QA Manager in order to implement effective changes & improvement
- Manage IT systems supply chain, compliance and forecasting. Input demand forecasts
- Vendor Management Contracts
- Pro-active collaboration with EU regulatory.
- Taking an active role in ensuring inspection readiness.
