As a Research and Development Manager, your main role will be to manage R&D operations. You will be supporting the Biology team with data and sample collection on farms during livestock performance trials. You will ensure safety, compliance and excellent performances across all biological activities.
Your skills will include:
- A love of structure workflows and communications
- Knowledge and interest in Entomology is desirable
- Prior management experience of a team of scientists

The R&D Manager role is a permanent position, paying up a competitive salary & benefits package. The position has a hybrid structure, including remote work and working at the Cambridgeshire site.
