​Role Overview

A leading Notified Body in Ireland are expanding their certification team and hiring for an Industry Engagement Officer.

This individual will be reporting to the Director of Medical Devices and be overseeing key account management, new acquisition projects and overseeing the certification projects within the regulatory team!

Key Responsibilities

·Responsible contact for all new business enquiries globally

·Management new business enquiries via company software and CRM

·Liaise with client services and Medical Operations Managers to schedule audits and product reviews

·Key Client Manager responsibilities

·Support the transition of existing clients from the MDD/IVDD into the MDR/ IVDR through contracting, quotation and scheduling activities

Essential Criteria

·Successfully completed relevant subject degree

·4+ years’ experience within Medical Device Manufacturing environment (Quality Assurance, Regulatory, Sales, Marketing, Key Accounts)

·Qualified Auditor, from competing Notified Body, is preferred

·Medical Device Regulation experience

·Knowledge of contract reviews and quotations

·Excellent verbal and communication skills
