THE CHALLENGE
We're looking for someone who is passionate about Business Intelligence and leveraging the value of our data. You will have a technical background and be familiar with the end-to-end data process which you will use to create pipelines, dashboards, reports, models and analysis to share with stakeholders and inform decisions. You will join a growing Business Insights team working 100% remotely in a fast-paced environment to deliver world-class data solutions that will have an impact on improving people's lives within mental health, autism and ADHD conditions.

WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO HEALIOS
- Minimum 3 years' experience in a BI Developer role (or similar)
- Significant experience of PostGresQL or similar (SQL, MySQL etc.) and other database solutions
- Experience of building visualisations, dashboards, reports etc. with a BI/Analytics tool e.g., QuickSight, Power BI, Tableau, Qlikview or similar
- Experience of data migration, ETL and ETL tools, APIs, pipeline creation, automation, and development
- Experience of working with a cloud-based platform (AWS, Azure, GCP). Experience of AWS solutions i.e., Redshift, Glue, S3, Athena highly desirable
- Experience with related/complementary open-source software platforms and languages (e.g. Python)
- Advanced experience of MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement, including requirements gathering
- Demonstrable understanding of Information Governance and GDPR
- Ideally, experience with health data
- Drive; enjoys a challenge, proven ability to adapt and remove obstacles to achieve results

WHAT YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE
- Working in the Business Insight team delivering gold standard Business Intelligence
- Being a subject matter expert in the business's chosen BI tools
- Creating database/data warehouse solutions and queries
- Building ETL & API pipelines
- Building a granular knowledge of the business's data sets
- Working closely with Business Insight colleagues including the Head of Business Insights, Data Engineers, Business Intelligence Analysts and Data Scientists
- Collaborating across departments and internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, developing BI solutions and communicating/interpreting the output
