My client is a full-service clinical contract research organisation (CRO). They provide Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Their mission is to accelerate the global development of safe and effective medical therapeutics through its scientific and disciplined approach. They leverage local regulatory and therapeutic expertise across all major areas including oncology, cardiology, metabolic disease, endocrinology, central nervous system, anti-viral and anti-infective.
They are currently looking for Associate Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) to lead clinical research studies. The CTM position performs as project lead for multiservice full service global clinical trials.
The position interacts with sponsors, manages the timeline and all project deliverables, and coordinates all services contracted for the study. CTMs are also responsible for leading a team of CRAs and managing project coordinators.
The full-service approach is led by medical, regulatory and operational experts with deep therapeutic experience. The disciplined processes, site relationships, and technologies enable CTMs to execute even the most complex global studies. Therapeutic focus areas including oncology, cardiovascular, endocrine/metabolic, infectious disease, CNS. Trials include those in rare disease and Advanced Therapies.

- Bachelor's degree in a health related field; Advanced degree in a health related field preferred
- If entry level, would need to have a PhD in relevant field.
