Role Overview:
They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Consultant to join their constantly growing team. As a Strategy Consultant, you will work closely with their clients to provide strategic advice and insights that drive their business decisions. You will play a key role in shaping the future of healthcare and life sciences by helping their clients develop strategies that address their most critical challenges and opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and strategic assessments for clients in the life sciences industry.
Develop and implement strategic recommendations that align with clients’ business objectives.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs, challenges, and goals, and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
Lead and manage consulting projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative strategies that drive growth and competitive advantage.
Prepare and present detailed reports, presentations, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, both internally and externally.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide clients with forward-thinking insights.
Management of specific Junior Business Analysts, ensuring they have clear objectives, development plans, mentoring & support to grow and develop
Support business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposal development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree (MBA, PhD) required.
2 years of experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, or a related field, with a focus on the life sciences industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills
In-depth knowledge of the life sciences industry, including pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, and medical devices.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
A proactive, results-oriented approach with a passion for driving impactful change in the healthcare industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
