Headquartered in Switzerland, we are dedicated to transforming patient care through state-of-the-art imaging technology that enhances diagnostic precision and treatment outcomes.
Lead Clinical Application Specialist
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Clinical Application Specialist Team Lead to join our Radiology & Oncology division in Switzerland. You will lead a team of specialists, providing clinical expertise, customer support, and training to enhance the use of their medical imaging devices.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Clinical Application Specialists, ensuring high performance and quality customer support.
Clinical Expertise:
Oversee product demonstrations, training, and customer support to maximize the use and satisfaction of our imaging solutions.
Customer Engagement:
Build strong relationships with customers, provide advanced support, and resolve complex issues.
Strategic Development:
Contribute to business strategy by identifying market trends and opportunities for product improvements.
Compliance:
Ensure activities align with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Radiologic Technology, Medical Imaging, or nursing/ MTRA/ Radiogist background.
5+ years of experience in clinical applications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of medical imaging technologies in radiology and oncology.
Excellent communication, presentation, and customer service skills.
Fluency in English and German or French; additional languages are a plus.
Willingness to travel (up to 40%).
