An LSP recruitment consultant will work within in a team, focusing on one sector in the life science field. They work closely with both candidates and clients, building long lasting, professional relationships, with an end goal to position the best talent into relevant roles resulting to a tangible impact in global health. This means carrying out day to day tasks such as:

• Advertising jobs on job and social media sites

• Searching for candidates on our database

• Headhunting

• Utilising job boards – networking

• Speaking on the phone with candidates and clients, building a rapport with both
